Delivery Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on our website. If the item is not in stock we aim to send it within 7–10 working days. We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken on order.

We try to dispatch orders on the day the order is received, or the next working day.

If you order after 12pm, or at a weekend, your items may not be dispatched until the next working day.

UK Orders

Delivery is based at the standard rate by Royal Mail to UK addresses however if the postage is less than the standard rate of £2.85 we will refund you the difference. The delivery time is normally 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. 

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an extra £2.50 – this reduces the delivery time to 1–2 working days from the date of despatch.

Or for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £7.50.

Please note that a signature is required for Royal Mail Special Delivery, and also for orders of £100 or over.

If your order fails to arrive after 5 working days, please contact us and we will trace it.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery service. If weather conditions are such that delivery is likely to be delayed, please bear this in mind when ordering.
